That is great work. I don't know whether I would prefer a one-piece or two-piece setup, but that is a cool piece of kit. Nice work.

You have four neighbors running Weber charcoal kettles? I don't think that I have any. All gassers, or "the wife cooks dinner."

I think the bone piece would be better suited for a low and slow dedicated kettle. These are pretty damn awesome if i do say so myself

Looks amazing. How's it do with ashes on long cooks? I have an SNS and it can have issues with ash build up cutting off the airflow later in the cook.
