Got to switch my alarm off tonight, start of Christmas vacation. A couple of beers, fire, and a pork butt on the chief. Be merry and bright

>>PINS N NEEDLES<<
Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Woke up this morning and the chief  is still running strong in the 220's.
After about 9 hours and a few splashes of apple cider vinegar

I have a chief... I married her years ago... 8)

Butt looks good!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Looks awesome. Is that an inverted vortex I see below that butt

Yeah, exactly. Easy way to run a snake.

Alright guys, here we are at about 15-16 hours in. The Chief ran beautifully the whole time, never had to adjust a vent after I got it locked in.

Made into sandwiches with vinegar sauce, slaw, and mustard and traditional BBQ sauces. There's some collards back there too.

I'd have posted this finish up last night, but a bigger surprise happened that'll need to be posted in a different thread!
Thanks for looking!

Just came out to the kitchen and the wife heated some up with runny fried eggs, great way to start the day!
