Meijer had CAB rib roasts on sale starting this past Thursday for $6.99/lb. I got a 7.3 lb toast, and followed meatheads process from the amazing ribs website. Seasoned with Montreal seasoning and some Herbs. On the 22 Kettle now at 240 F with some southern Indiana apple. Here it is before the cook.
