Still had some sausage stuffing and cranberry sauce left and a 1/3 of a giant pork loin in the freezer. Had it for dinner tonight, turned out great! Just a little over an hour on the rotisserie. It was Soooooo good!

That pork loin looks fantastic. The rotisserie makes roasting so easy. I need to use my rotisserie more often, food is so moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing, great job!

Nice!  That makes me hungry.
We've done something similar but instead of cranberry sauce, we had sautéed onions and apples.

Yes they do! My favorite one to make is a baby spinach, roasted red pepper and provlolone stuffed loin. Always looks beautiful!
