Some pics of the chili I made up on the pit. Browned up some ground beef,ground pork and ground chicken...then seared up some flat iron steak and cut it up and added beer, garlic, onions beans(ground up so the grandkids would eat it) diced tomato and chili seasoning and simmered for about 2 hours. Came out great and has become a favorite around here.

Looks good. I made some chili recently to use up some freezer leftovers and the meat was smoked burger patties and pork steaks. I didn't think to put chicken in the mix.
Now I'm hungry.
