Warm winter day / fired up the performer

Had a 55 degree day here today,so I fired up the performer. Had a nice bone-in ribeye,baked potato with butter,sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese and garlic bread. Man it was good,suppose to turn cold tomorrow. Sorry I only got 1 picture but was starving!

Yeah I screwed up! Forgot the grill pic till I was about to eat and I thought well food pics better than no pics at all.

I always put sea salt on my steak and let it sit on the counter top for 45 min.to let it come to room temp. When I put it on the grill I use Montreal steak seasoning.
