I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

@Firemunkee it is super simple brushed with a little extra virgin a little s&p and then right over the coals cut side down for a very short time I just keep an eye on it until I like the looks of the char less than minute and a half depending on your coals, tastes awesome. sprinkled with some blue cheese right as soon as I take off the grill
