Forgot 2 ingredients
Salt for the chops very lightly the rub on both the chops and the apples

Took a swig of the bourbon to make sure it was safe then pouted it in and lit her off
No awards for plating but it tasted awesome. I love brown sugar bourbon and apples over my chops
