Hey guys my lovely wife bought this chuck roast and I want to do it on the grill..any tips or good recipes

I'd do it low and slow like a pork shoulder. BBQ beef, mmmmm.

Mmmmm sounds good.. should I do the ssnkr method or a different way. I do not have any charcoal baskets or should I do bank of coals on each side

Snake method would work very well for that cook. It is an extremely long cook.

Ok guys the roast had been on the grill bor about 6 hours. I left it unwrapped for 2.5 hours took the temp inside was 150, I wrapped it up and what temp should I unwrap it or whjst temp is it done. This pick is before I wrapped it

If you're wanting pulled-type or shredded-type beef, you'll want to shoot for 195-200.
