Looks great.  Love those rib racks !  where they re-purposed or actually branded as rib racks?
Its amazing how quickly one weber kettle turns into more than a dozen!  Always open to grabbing something interesting so let me know what you've got!

Exactly. No set temperature of when its ready. The last two I cooked was not probe tender till 210*F.

Cook till tender in the thickest part of the flat, not temperature.

They are from Ikea. Repurposed.  Lol and work fantastic.

Just make sure to remove the plastic feet off them. Lol not gonna improve any flavours with melting plastic.
