Today, Saturday, we celebrated Thanksgiving. I was going to smoke a turkey on the grill, but the wifey said she wanted me to fry one instead. So, I had to think of something to cook on the kettle, and then it came to me, cornbread! I used a few pieces of apple wood to give it an ever so slightly smokey flavor. This was a first time for me to try this, and I am very happy with the results. Apparently, everyone else was too, because they scarfed it down. I'll definitely be cooking this again. #weber26inch
