Sides matter
« on: October 23, 2017, 05:08:00 PM »
Malcom Reed-style mac and cheese. Second time making it. Whole family loves it. Brought some to one of my brothers, and he was blown away by it. It's very rich -- can't eat a lot -- but dang it's good.
Also made green beans in cast iron. Cooked up a little bacon, added chopped onion, and two bags of frozen green beans. Delish.

Just realized I didn't take any pics of the stuff while on the kettles. Oh well.
