Well I need to learn to love salmon...Every where I go I keep seeing these awesome looking salmon cooks...

I find salmon to be one of those foods that myself and family like cooked and seasoned a particular way that we have become accustomed too and when we try it at a restaurant, we usually don't care for it. So dial in a process tailored to your tastes and you'll probably really like it. For example, my family swears they hate salmon but when I make it, they eat every bit of it. [emoji23]

My wife nor our son like fishy fish. They do like salmon grilled at home. I have experimented with several variations.  They like a pesto basil compound butter, brown sugar glaze, and a bourbon marinated salmon. This cook was 1 glazed, and two bourbon marinated.
