Long time lurker, first time poster. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this board, especially in the cooking forum. I currently own a 22 kettle and a mini WSM. I've been inspired in many ways by all of you. I'm hoping with time I can build a nice little collection and put together some great food along the way.
