First KFC with DIY Vortex
« on: October 02, 2017, 02:12:07 PM »
I did some kettle fried chicken thighs and some oven fries today.  Came out great.  The oven fries are really easy:  make potato wedges, put in a gallon bag with some olive oil and spices (I used salt, black pepper and paprika) and shake.  I cooked the chicken and fries 45 minutes.
