The stainless top is rather interesting, cant seem to find a pic online of a stainless thermos grill.

I've seen a PK Grill mounted in a walker!

Looks like someone bought it. Either someone wanted the walker and ditched the grill, or someone wanted the grill and ditched the walker. We will never know!
