Venison Burgers stuffed with Smoked Gouda.

My 16 year old son came to me with a some ground venison from the deer he shot last year.
He also had a recipe for Venison Burgers he wanted to make on the grill.  (https://www.mathewsinc.com/experience/firework-burger)
We doubled the meat and other ingredients as needed.

Burgers on the grill along with the mushrooms and onions sauteing.



Had to get a shot of the perfect grill marks.



All plated up with sweet potato fries.

I'm out of venison from last year.
Be sitting in a stand in the woods soon enough.
