Ravioli

Bought ingredients from shops on The Hill in STL.

Cooked the pancetta for a few minutes, then put on the ravioli.

We prefer to call the fried version "toasted" ravioli.  :)

Also, sooner or later we learn where each other went to high school.  ;)
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

I'm probably a little older than you and remember the Hill and eateries that changed a lot in just a few years especially after Sportsman Park closed in 1966. Area got a little rough for a few years til it started to get revitalized. Toasted now, fancier name for the menu.Another favorite was Fried Artichokes.

Hey Jim. We're not old, we are just more "weathered"...
