That's a really nice setup. I'd like to see the summit's charcoal grate get an upgrade like that

I remember the 'sear craze'
Everyone needed grill marks so they can sear in those juices (LOL)
people are still buying those specialty products just to put black lines onto their food.

I had received a number of emails recently, quite a few, asking if the Summit charcoal I had designed was anything like the Summit one that is on the market.  2 different things.

Somehow I was left off quite a few patents of things I created and possessed the "a-ha!" moment, so I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up next season now that this is out there.
