Mama wanted beef....

My wife wanted a steak so a steak she gets...

We decided to split one with a salad.  She likes medium and I like mine more on the rare side so we have medium.

A little snack before we get started.  Makes sense right?  Pizza fries and a rib eye?

My steak setup



Mama likes hers pretty... (I prefer a crust, so we do both)

Finished with a knob of butter.(Not sure how t rotate pics with the WKC Pics site)
