Quick filet

Just a quick cook of some filet that I didn't want to go bad. Sorry for the lack of pics. I used the reverse sear technique and they turned out pretty good. Wish I would have thought about it last night and I would have dry brined. My dog distracted me, as seen by the darkness of a couple of the cuts lol.
