Did this the other night was absolutely awesome








Started skinside down direct medium high then flipped onto parchment to finish went real quick the skin was crispy and tasty i don't think my dish had to go in the dishwasher
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
