Weber Kettle Club mobile appPulled the little shoulder at 198 and wrapped in foil. Placed it in a cooler with a towel. Hoping it will hold for about two hours until the chickens done and it's time for dinner.
Got the chicken on. Plan to let go until 170 or so and get it all pulled apart for tacos!
