Pulled carnitas and chicken

Trying a different type of snake method today.  3lb boneless rolled shoulder.  And some Marinated chicken thighs.  Also ugh first time using the i grill 2.  I'll update as the day goes on

Pulled the little shoulder at 198 and wrapped in foil.  Placed it in a cooler with a towel.  Hoping it will hold for about two hours until the chickens done and it's time for dinner. 

Got the chicken on.  Plan to let go until 170 or so and get it all pulled apart for tacos!
