It's late, I'm bored... let's cook a pork butt on the 'cado!

I was feeling restless this evening and said what the heck, let's throw a pork butt on! Just a little salt, pepper and garlic. This way I can use it for tacos or pulled pork sandwiches... should be ready by breakfast!
