Not pressed for time, just didn't want to be bothered with setting up the kettle, plus didn't need any smoke on this.

Skirt steak and portobello mushrooms.

Nice and rare, super juicy.

NICE, I've used my gasser more than a couple times this month too, sometimes its just easier.....
