...just some simple, freshly ground chuck burgers.

My wife picked up a couple of chuck roasts, just over two pounds, from Costco. One turned into tacos and the other into some tasty burgers.

I ground the meat twice. I could really see that, as a result of the second grind, the fat distribution was more even throughout the meat.

A little more done than I like, but The Wife liked them and I suppose that's what matters most.

Absolutely, nothing to see here... thanks to PhotoPhuckit...
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Nothing like grinding the meat yourself. Looks delicious!

Nice cook, been thinking about getting that grinder attachment.

Does that grinder stuff sausages too?

I'm not sure if it could be used to stuff sausages. I've only had the grinder attachment for a couple of months only used it to grind chuck roasts. It's a pain to clean, but does it's job well and a lot quicker than I'd imagine a hand-cracked grinder would be.
