Family BBQ

Yesterday I had some family over for a BBQ. I'm still a little on the new side of collecting kettles. All together I have 6 kettles and a 18 WSM. As you can imagine my family that do not see me everyday had questions. Are those all your grills? Are you going to use all of them? My answer is YES AND YES.

Just wanted to share my day. Everybody wanted to help me and said I was working to hard. They had no idea I was in heaven. Seeing my little collection fired up. I loved every minute.



the menu was simple hamburger, hotdogs, wings with poor man vortex, and 2 slabs of ribs, I got rave feedback on the ribs. Wish I made more. I hung the ribs in the WSM. Hanging is my favorite way to smoke ribs and chicken.

Indeed the very best days include multiple cookers...

Some folk just don't understand...
