Found crab claws on sale at my market. Never grilled them before, so tonight was a little learning curve. I love how they turned out and had that smokey flavor unlike I have ever had before. Made NY strip as well and it came out just perfectly rare. All, I am sure, by just plain luck since I was basically eyeballing the food.
No pic this time but my next cook will be Thai mussels and bacon wrapped scallops and I will be sure to take a snapshot. Lately we plate our food and I don"t document the cook. My bad.
