Birthday cook

Put together "The Bruiser" this morning (my first shorty) and had the family over to celebrate my mom and step-dad's birthdays. Decided going out to dinner somewhere nice is a crap-shoot with a two-year old so i put the whole stable to work. Smoked some cherry glazed salmon on the wsm, flank steaks on the ssp, and prosciutto and provolone wrapped asparagus on the shorty. Wife did roasted potatoes as well. Everything turned out perfect! Always nice when a plan comes together!
