7 lb Butt and Beef Flanken Ribs

Butt slathered in Olive Oil, Plowboys Yardbird Rub, Kingsford Charcoal and a few chunks of Hickory


3 hours in, I added Ribs for tonight's supper


3 hours later the ribs were ready


Butt looking good


13 hours later, the Butt is done


Nice clean Bone


Shredding time
