Performer Gen 2 vs Gen 4

I have a Gen 2 performer and I am getting a new Gen 4 Bowl and Lid.  What parts will not be compatible from the old Gen 2?  I know the dual purpose thermometer, and handle has changed.  Will the lid bale, gas assist burner, and ash catcher still work from my Gen 2? Any other concerns?

They had rusted. I had called about the warranty on the table and CS said to send pics of the bowl and lid.  Was surprised but glad they are sending replacements.

I know right new bowl lid and table!  I thought about offering to pay for the rest of the parts if it would be easier for them to just ship a new unit.   But didn't want to press my luck.  Haha.  Seriously though it really was a great experience and I dealt with a couple different reps.  Will be a customer for life.
