4th cook with my parents

have been binge watching the bbqpitboys YouTube channel the last few days so I did some of their burgers for the 4th. enjoy the food porn

broke out my Avacado as a special guest cook



in the kraft had some potatoes up top and country style beans on the bottom with a can of beanless chili



then I had
for mom, a stuffed bell pepper burger with bacon, American and pepper jack cheese
for dad, hollowed out and stuffed yellow onion with bacon, American and pepper jack cheese
for me I had a beer can burger with tomato, onion and sweet relish inside. wrapped with 2 strips of bacon and again American and jack cheese



wife didn't want anything crazy so normal burgers for her and the girls



beans and potatoes are done



rounding everything up had some corn and bacon going In the cado

finished result of mine. didn't get a chance at mom and dad's was too busy serving that they already were digging in

it was a great burger, being something new I was a little sceptical how it would turn out but it was hella good
