Tonight I made ribs on the kettle. And as I was browsing FB I see a pic of eggs on the grill. So I decided to give it a try. Just 3 turned into deviled eggs. We like them pretty basic with curry as seasoning. Came out great

Looks like they turned out great for a guess. Maybe that's what you could cook at the meet-up... 😎😁

Wow! That's grate, never thought of eggs on the grill.  Next time I do chicken, I'll do eggs too. 2 birds 1 grill.

I googled and found several articles about grilling eggs.  Pretty much it only takes about 14 minutes to get them to hard boil stage.  And keep turning them every few minutes.  That would probably eliminate those grill marks I had on mine.  I will be experimenting since we really like deviled eggs.

I also just read that to know if the egg is fully cooked, take it off the grill and try to spin it on the table. A fully cooked egg will spin and an uncooked one won't. Not sure how a soft center egg will do with that test.

Another thought......grill hard boiled eggs, then peel and make them into Scotch Eggs......wrapping sausage around them and then grilling them till the sausage is nice and crispy.  Would be very tasty. Might do that this weekend.
