I was digging in the big freezer the other  day and came across a twin packer that is a couple of years old.  I pulled it out and figured this weekend would be good for smoking them.

Close to 20 pounds.


Trimmed


Rubbed


One on each Weber.  Snake method with Applewood chumcks


And they are off!


Holding steady at 250
