Tossed the picanha on some skewers for some Brazilian bbq today.

That 'cana' looks slamtastic!!!!!!!!! :o I am going to follow your thread after ny next trip to costco. What kind of salt was that?

I saw it at our Bj's wholesale club yesterday when I was getting some delmonicos

Thanks!  It's some cheap-o salt that is labeled "gourmet salt" that came with my spice rack.  Tasted superb man, very similar to ribeye.

If can't find it, you can cut it off a whole top sirloin butt.
