Had a rain day off so what better way to spend it....grabbed some fresh rosemary from the garden ,minced garlic,kosher salt,cracked black pepper and evoo...Washed my turkey breast and patted dry...placed in a big ziplock and poured in my marinade....8 hours.

Washed and trimmed my asparagus...wrapped in some sweet ghost pepper bacon...this was not hot at all....very mild but great taste.

Fired up the kettle...charcoal banked to one side...cooked the breast one hour indirect....then the asparagus went on and i seared the breast to get some color.....things on and off the coals for that last half hour.

This meal turned out real tasty.....here are the money shots... ;D ;D

Thanks for looking.

Eddie, go over there and get all of that wood, I need half a tree. Chop that tree.
And Charlie, go get me 2 gallons of gasoline out the shed.
C'mon, you wanna eat? You wanna eat?

Rippin' good cookup right there CB !!!

Just the right amount of char on the bacon....

thought you might have made your own pepper-zingy bacon, but that stuff looks pretty good as is !!

I wanna get me a BIG half breast like that & do it in the Dutch oven w/ taters & onions & carrots & celery & stuff....

@JEBIV  @kettlebb

His pepper plants & the stuff made from what they produce is downright scary....I've seen it for several years running...the hottest on the planet, every year....
