Today's cookoff

Today at least a bit​ of Italian cuisine​ - different pieces of pork, turkey, beef and additionally​ pork sausages seared and then smoked low & slow in tomato sauce for approx. 6 hours with sweet cherry wood. Smashed smoked potatoes as a side dish 👍
It was simply delicious 😋.
