Did you use a water pan also?

I'd guess it wouldn't be needed as the moisture from the bean pot would likely be enough to get it right if you're used to using water as a moisture addition...

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
