Well, we are out and about for our 42nd anniversary in a little town that used to be called Mauch Chunk PA. Today it is known as Jim Thorpe. We had lunch at the Inn and I really don't care that we did not grill this ourselves. We shared burgers.....

Elk Burger with cheddar

Wild Boar Burger with pepper jack

We had them medium rare as recommended and they were really really tasty, tender and juicy. Recommend them to anyone who enjoys game meats. Yummmmmm!
