Mushrooms, chicken and fruit.

Saturday's dinner was chicken fillets topped with red onion, pineapple, bacon and provolone cheese. Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms. Skewered some pineapple, strawberries and blueberries ice cream after dinner.

The mushrooms are stuffed with a mix of cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, minced garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and Valentina hot sauce. Or whatever is close that I have available. I also use this same mix with the stuffed jalapeños. Any leftovers get used for a pretzel dip.
