...or Korean fried dumplings. 

Made these yesterday to snack on while watching basketball. 

(Clockwise) Sugar, sesame seeds, white pepper, ground pork, extra soft tofu, egg, garlic, shallots, shiitake, green chili, carrots, green onion, wonton skins, soy, fish sauce, sesame oil. 
Made a really easy dipping sauce using ketchup, sriracha, sugar, vinegar, and a little bit of the oil used for frying.

The wok becomes seasoned over time.  We wash with soap and water.
