I got an older Red that changes quite a bit, but not THAT much !!!


Nice pie....do you use a pizza stone or other deflector up in the rafters?

Got a Kettle Pizza but haven't used it yet....gathering info from the pros !!!

@1buckie, I'm no pro. 3rd time I've used the KP.  There's nothing above the pie. I keep turning the pie on the stone until the crust is done, then slide the peel under it and tilt it up higher in the dome. Make sure top vent is closed. KP is running at 600-650 degrees.
