Taking my first Spin Class today......learning how to roto a chicken.  Looking good so far.  Set everything up with two zone indirect heat and it seems to be maintaining 350-375ish if the gage is correct.  As soon as I take a peek I will post a pic, but it is smelling quite good. Seasoned with a mix of garlic, lemon pepper and curry powders.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks like you're doing everything right so far.

I meant to take a pic before I took it off the spit, but I was trying to do that with clumsy bbq mitts and not burn myself. Have to get a pair of gloves. Any recommendations?

This was the most juicy moist roto chicken we ever had. So much better than store bought

On the tray
