On the grill tonight is Pork Belly Burnt Ends...basically following malcolm reeds method.

Well I have learned why you all have 2 or 3 grills. I made a three course meal and it took me a long time . Family wasn't to impressed with the hickory smoke.  They all want mesqette. To late now.
Well I really enjoyed everything and I'm going to enjoy there left overs tomorrow.
