Stuffed Chicken Thighs Wrapped in Prosciutto

This was inspired by a recent cook from @captjoe06  I stuffed dry rubbed  chicken thighs with asparagus,  provolone, and chive and onion cream cheese.   Rolled the thighs and wrapped with prosciutto.   Brushed on balsamic while coals heated and cooked indirect.

Oh crap! That's fantastic...Love the stuffing and anything wrapped in Prosciutto and smoked is killer in my book!!!
