My Father In Law hinted to me some time ago that he was not entirely happy with his gasser, and I set about looking for a flat top gas grill as this would suit his preferred method of outdoor cooking.

I've looked at a few used 400 and 600 series, but none were really good enough. When this NIB turned up on Gumtree I jumped into action.

He doesn't know yet, but this will be a father's day present later this year.

Anyway, more pics, less chatter....

Stay tuned. Assembly pics to come

Being in Australia helps,

What a find! A few browny points coming your way from the FIL and the missus I'd say
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

That is a beaut of a gasser. Were these models low on the popularity scale?

Wow, that needs to be sitting in a museum. Absolutely stunning.

Weber needs to remake these and drop a full size griddle in them.   That is beautiful!

JEBIV

That is a beauty that will be a very nice gift
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

From memory they were not cheap to buy, generally the more affluent folks purchased them
