Easter Brunch
« on: April 17, 2017, 05:51:26 AM »
Started @ 6am

Did a 10lb bone in ham, (2) 4lb corned beefs, 5lbs of breakfast sausage, 2.5lbs of Irish bangers, 2lbs of Irish white pudding, that was all on the grills.

My wife made 6dozen eggs, hash browns, spinach quiche, Hickory smoked bacon frittata, ham and artichoke frittata, cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, cheese plate, vegetable plate and dips.

This all for 20+

Grilled onion on top of the corned beef. I first boiled corned beef in Dutch oven then removed to char the outside. None left😢 For today , but no one left hungry.
