Sunday Baby Back Ribs
« on: March 19, 2017, 11:56:26 AM »
Got the ribs out and ready after church. Membrane removed and hit with Stubbs BBQ rub.

On the OTG with Stubbs charcoal and a fire cube lit in the corner.

We all took a nap in my house today. Tiring weekend. Went on at 12:30 and here's the latest pic.

Just got a text from my mom, she wants to see her grandson. I told her the ribs are coming off soon and she is bringing the sides. Gonna be a good dinner tonight.

My wife isn't a "rib girl" and she said they were the best she's ever had. Have to admit, they were damn good. Thanks for looking fellas.
