Trying out the rotisserie I picked up yesterday from @lightningboldtz. Also trying out this weber coffee rub. Nothing more relaxing than watching a chicken spin around.
Thank you Jeff for the deal on the rotisserie. I'm sure this thing is going to get a lot of use.

It actually helps other members if you share what not to do. Here is a thread to post your rookie mistakes. I find reading about others mistakes can be helpful as it helps keeps me from making the same mistakes. Well sometimes........
