Thanks everyone, cooking on this little guy was a lot of fun. I guess it doesn't take much to excite me.
Today was national curried chicken day according this calendar.

5.5qt lodge DO, chicken quarters on top of sliced onions
Garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds in a mortar & pestle
Chili powder.
Tumeric.
Chicken masala.

Diced tomatoes and a tiny bit of oil for the liquid.
I know it looks dry after mixing, but trust me there'll be plenty of juices.
Setup the OTP for indirect using upside down baskets with a 14" cooking grate. I really hope those 18"GBS grates come thru.
Only an hour and half later it was done.
Fresh cilantro and served over rice.
Really loved using the dutch oven on the 18.5"OTP. When using heavy cast iron with lids, it was very convenient to have a sturdy table and I really think the 18-inch size is perfect for DO cooking. It'll be home to that rotisserie I ordered too.
Oh forgot to mention these Weber tools came with the OTP.
Thanks for looking.
